All content on Gemirror, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Gemirror and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Gemirror shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
